[PVE-User] Problem with italian keyboard layout

Hello list,
I have a little problem with the italian layout of the keyboard and 
cannot find answers on google (too many unrelated results).
The problem is simple: all keys are working fine but the "-" which gives 
"/" (as per US layout). That is the only "wrong" key, the same key with 
shift works as espected.
This appened on two new installations of proxox (2.1 cd)
Is this a bug of proxmox or of debian?
There is a workaround or a fix?
