Both of my servers are pve-manager/2.0/18400f07 and my sources.list looks
like

root at lisa:~# cat /etc/apt//sources.list
deb http://ftp.ca.debian.org/debian squeeze main contrib

# PVE packages provided by proxmox.com
deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian squeeze pve

# security updates
deb http://security.debian.org/ squeeze/updates main contrib

do you see errors when you try and restart pvedaemon on any of the nodes ?
