[PVE-User] KVM_AMD

This flags are strage, PAE (Phisical Address Extension ) refers to 32 bits
CPU with memory extension ....
Execute this :
lshw -c cpu
If you do not have it instaled :
apt-get install lshw
it will show the name of the processor ...
