[PVE-User] Limit CPU

Hello,

Am I correct in thinking if I want to limit a VPS to only 50% of the host CPU (Dual Core)

I have to configure the VPS config file and add cpulimit: 100

The host is a dual core. Which would be 200 maximum? and if I want to limit the VPS to 50% then I set this at 100?

I'm asking just for clarification as I can't see anything to tell me if its actually working or not. It is a KVM VPS and not OpenVZ.
