[PVE-User] Is it safe to upgrade from Proxmox-ve-2.6.18 to Proxmox-ve-2.6.35 at one shot?

Yes, 2.6.35 kernel supports only KVM, not OpenVZ, see :
http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Proxmox_VE_Kernel

I am using 2.6.35 kernel, as I am only using KVM, and windows 2008 
(standard and R2) VMs install just fine.
