[PVE-User] How to move Windows KVM to another proxmox server?

Hi everyone,

I have two proxmox servers and both are running on the same subnet. They are
just identical. I want to move the Windows server KVM from one to the other.
How can I do that? And what is involved with the process? Please detail.
