I can't see what is better with that wording. You do not need to purchase
a subscription, even if you need support (but you won't get support from us then).

Spiceworks is used by over 1.5 million IT professionals. These professionals make the decisions for their respective companies as well as influence those of other people seeking suggestions around the world.
The guys mis-understanding the one single line on your support page are the highest respected voices there.
All it would take to silence them is to have someone re-word one sentence on the support page:
Change:
A Proxmox VE Server Subscription, which is valid for 12 months (12 months from purchase date). All Proxmox VE servers inside your organization need a valid subscription.
To:
If you require support, you must purchase a Proxmox VE Server Subscription, which is valid for 12 months (12 months from purchase date). All Proxmox VE servers inside your organization will then need a valid subscription.
Is that possible?
