[PVE-User] Feature request: Delay VM boot time.

Hello

Is there some way to delay the VM starting up??
This behavior will be welcome in next releases...
Sometime is nice to do VM delay, like a VM with storage device, that can
initializing before a VM with Windows 2008, for example...

Is this possible?
