Hi Martin,
 
two research/test departments using independent proxmox hosts and  a
single storage pool. Just one example. Unaware users is another.
It should be easy to pop up a warning when creating a new vm with
already existing vdisks.

This error might occur only if you use shared media with unclustered
hosts. But there are usecases for that....

PS. This might happen with two pve1.9 systems too. I did not test that.

Please describe such a use case in detail.
