[PVE-User] cloud computing with Proxmox

alright no newbie question :) and i am also not going that  far in
virtualization but for the sake of my knowledge just wanted to know if it is
possible in PVE  as i have read a little online about VMWARE cloud computing
stuff. i know this i a very high end thing and quite new technology but is
it possible in PVE.
