[PVE-User] Error in upgrade to proxmox ve 1.8

Hi guys

I have searched and tested several possible solutions to this problem
but without success. I have a Proxmox server 1.7 and trying to upgrade
to 1.8 fails and nothing happens.
The server has full internet access.
