[PVE-User] /dev/dm-x E/A-Error

Hi,

I get some error messages , apparently from the device mapper, but i can not see which machine or which partition is affected:

proxmox-server-02:~# lvscan
  /dev/dm-6: read failed after 0 of 4096 at 0: Eingabe-/Ausgabefehler
  /dev/dm-7: read failed after 0 of 4096 at 0: Eingabe-/Ausgabefehler
  ACTIVE            '/dev/pve1/vm-300-disk-1' [32,00 GB] inherit
  ACTIVE            '/dev/pve1/vm-160-disk-1' [32,00 GB] inherit
...

Storage is attached via ISCSI and as far as i see now, no running VM is affected but there are some inactive... 

Where do i have to search?
