[PVE-User] Online Migration Successful and VM stops!

Hi All! 

I just recently setup and added an additional node to my proxmox cluster
today and I needed to do a live migration of some systems over to it to
repair an issue with another server.  Every KVM node that I try to migrate
over migrates successfully and then immediately stops afterwards.  I can
go and start it right back up and its fine, but it crashes first which
completely defeats the purpose of a "live migration" (obviously...).  I
know there are some version differences (below) but would that cause this?
 If so, in the future, when I add a node and need to migrate, how can I be
sure to get them to the exact same version without downtime?  Thanks in
advance for any help!
