[PVE-User] Proxmox on HP ProLiant BL460c G6

Hi,
I've had problems in the past with this, the debian installer (which i
assume the proxmox installer is based upon) dont install grub to
/dev/cciss/c0d0 by default, boot a debian iso and check the man pages for
install-grub and update-grub for pointers.
