[PVE-User] 1.7 and setting cpu limit

Hello,
We are currently using version 1.5 and when using 2.6.18-2-pve we are 
able to limit the number of CPU's a VE uses on the status screen (CPU's).

We are thinking about upgrading to 1.7 and I am wondering if any of the 
kernel versions available in 1.7 allow us to continue to use this feature.

I know some of the kernel versions seem to just disregard this setting, 
we find it very useful, and we hope it remains available as an option is 
as many kernel versions as possible.
