I read it and tried to send patch directly via e-mail, but the mailing list
server suspended it because the patch mail is too big...

Should I emailed this patch again?

Sorry, I missed Contibutor license agreement. I'll attach it with the next mail.

No, I agree you. I think system log must be in English but the phrase which users can see should be translated.

At least the phrases I picked up are only visual to end-users, I suppose.
