[PVE-User] KVM: More than 2 serial ports

  Hello. We found out we can't start a VM with KVM if more than two 
serial ports are assigned in /etc/qemu-server/xxx.conf

The bug is reported here: 
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=574051  but it was 
closed months ago in KVM 0.12.4 while with proxmox there's 0.12.5
