[PVE-User] Strange behavior of pve-2.6.32-x kernels

Last two days I'm trying to figure out what seems to be the problem with
pve-2.6.32-{1,2,3,4} kernels. I am having supermicro xeon box with clean
Debian Lenny 64 installed that works with Debian default stock kernel
'2.6.26-2-amd64'.

When installing proxmox 2.6.32-4-pve kernel from
<http://download.proxmox.com> server hangs in boot sequence (see
screenshot1) and by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL start the reboot procedure it
creates core dump (see screenshot2). It is the same with 2.6.32-3-pve
kernel, with -2 and -1 version of kernel it boots to point where it
cannot mount root filesystem from LVM.

I've also tried with previous kernel version - 'vmlinuz-2.6.24-12-pve'
and that one actually works and server boots normally.

Any ideas what could be the problem?
