[PVE-User] VM Guests too slow

Hi, i'm testing Proxmox in order to know if i could migrate all my
physical servers to a Proxmox infrastructure
but i have a small problem when i use only 2 guests or one.
The VM guests are too slow, when i connect to the server via SSH it's
anormally slow.
Completion with bash is very slow on guest contrary to the host.
On a host, I put an USB storage and made a "scp user at guest:~/file
/mnt/usb", the transfer is slow and timeouted at the beginning or after
a while... The size of the file is 200GB and the scp transfer stopped
after 12GB.... :(
Any idea about the probable cause ?
Maybe a simple option to turn on or off....
Here are the cpu specs.
If you need some other informations, tell me.
Best regards,
Germain
