[PVE-User] Migration Vbox to pve-kvm

Hi Marco,

I had the same problem migrating windows 2003 R2 SP2 boxes from Virtual 
Server 2005 to Proxmox ve. If you type processr.sys in google, you will 
find informations on this error, on how to fix it (more or less, I would 
be glad to hear from a better solution).

Reboot your machine in failsafe mode (F8 when you are in the boot 
process, before windows launch). Type :
sc config processor start= disabled

in a cmd prompt.

Then reboot your machine, and it will boot fine in windows. But in 
device manager, you will see a yellow mark on processor device. I think 
it is related to ACPI feature.
