[PVE-User] Proxmox and Asterisk using Veth and One-way Audio

These are the ports you need to configure:
UDP 5060
TCP 5060
UDP 10000-20000 - RTP
UDP 5004-5082 - SIP
UDP 4569 - IAX2
UDP 2727 - Media Gateway

The only way you can really troubleshoot will depend on your firewall,
since you won't see much on asterisk logs:
/var/log/asterisk/full
