[PVE-User] vzifup-post errors

Dietmar,
I have filed bug http://bugzilla.openvz.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1496 and attached a different patch to it.
Considering compatibility with SuSE, I have devised a new solution, in which /etc/network/if-up.d/vzifup-post calls /usr/sbin/vzifup-post with an $IFACE argument.
