Hi Daniel,
if you want to provide some money for the project you probably could buy
commercial support.
That would be a win-win situation. :)
But I dunno if that money goes directly into the development of the product
"proxmox ve".
I just know Manfred Maurer is offering that support and is very active in
support in the forums and on this mailing list
