What you want is called HA (High Availability).
That is coming in version 2.X of Proxmox, you can see it on the roadmap:

My problem is not the storage I have already configure and use it, and
manual migration is work fine, but what I want do is automatic migration
when a server is unrechable;
for e.x.
on svr1 have 2 Virtual Machine on svr2 is empty
1° vm01
2° vm02
what I want do is when svr1 is unrechable move automatic the vm01 and vm02
from svr1 to svr2.
my question is I must do via shell scripts?
some body know how to do it?
