[PVE-User] Proxmox and Oracle

Hello,
I am just wondering if there is anyone else out there running Oracle10g 
ontop of Proxmox or OpenVZ.  I installed it on a CentOS guest...and we 
are using them for development purposes.  They all run fine for a period 
of time...let's say 3 weeks to 1 month...then out of now where the cpu 
shoots up to 100% (or 50%-50% if I have multiple 2 oracle machines on a  
node for example).

The only solution I have found to fix this is a reboot of the host node 
(starting and stopping it will not help).

I am wondering if anyone else has similar issues.
