[PVE-User] Slow Windows 2003 on proxmox 1.4

Hi,

I recently upgraded proxmox from 1.3 to 1.4 using 'apt-get 
dist-upgrade'. I had windows 2003 happily running on proxmox 1.3 but 
after upgrading to 1.4 its extremely slow. I've also tried changing 
numerous settings, namely "CPU Sockets","Cores/Socket" and also removing 
the network card completely incase drivers were an issue. No luck though 
- same speed issue.

Any pointers?
