While it may not be recommended, it still is perfectly possible even on
a larger scale.

Files you need to touch include: (besides the obvious one like fstab,
interfaces, etc.)
/etc/ssh/*host*
/etc/pve/pve-root-ca.{crt,key}
/etc/pve/pve-ssl.{key,pem}
/etc/postfix/main.cf
