[PVE-User] KSM not working?

Dietmar,
I am glad to help in whatever way I can. On my system
/etc/default/ksmtuned doesn't exist. /etc/defaults/ksmtuned exists.
I will make the script more verbose on errors in the next day or so. I
don't like how it fails silently at the moment.
