I am trying to create a new OpenVZ container through the web interface. I
get an unable to get it to work. The error message thrown by the web
interface is "unable to apply VM settings - "

Here is the command issued:

/usr/bin/ssh -n -o BatchMode=yes /usr/bin/pvectl vzcreate 116
--disk 8 --ostemplate ubuntu-8.04-x86.tar.gz --hostname
radio.rocky.edu--nameserver --nameserver --searchdomain rocky.edu --onboot yes
--userpasswd root:password --ipset --swap 512 --mem 512 --cpus 1
unable to create VE 116: Can't mount: /var/lib/vz/root/116
/var/lib/vz/private/116: No such file or directory

What is going on here and how I can I fix it?
