[PVE-User] Cluster setup

Hello,
I just got a second proxmox node setup and I wanted to create a two node 
cluster.  When I issue the command on the first node:

# pveca -c

I get the following error:

missing ip address for node '1'

I did not think an IP address needed to be specified on the command line 
for the master node...am I correct?

Also in terms of networking are there any special requirements?  ie...do 
the ethernet devices or ip addresses for the cluster need to be outside 
of the one ones used for the VE's (a bridged interface,
etc.)
