Based on the logs below you have issues with the cdrom assigned to your guests. Check if you have the right cd-rom and ISO for your configured KVM VM´s.

Vzdump can compress the backup, just tick this on the GUI. Vzdump cannot do differential or incremental backups, it will always do a full backup.
