[pve-devel] [PATCH pve-vgpu-helper] add 'build-essential' to the dependency list

dkms in trixie does not depend on neither gcc nor build-essential
anymore, so we have to add it ourselves, otherwise the necessary
build tools are not installed for the nvidia driver.
