[pve-devel] [PATCH docs] qm: ovmf: mention that an RNG device is required for PXE boot

The restriction was added with an update to the EDK2 packages for
Proxmox VE 8.4. The issue was mentioned in the known issues section,
but should also be mentioned in the docs as requested here:
