[pve-devel] [PATCH installer 1/2] d/control: add geoip-bin to Build-Depends

else the tests running:
`./proxmox-low-level-installer -t test.img dump-env`
print quite a few warnings about the use of uninitialized values
(though they still continue happily).
This was a slight distraction for me.
