[PATCH firewall 0/1] Unstable Sorting of Items in Config Files in /etc/pve

As explaind in #5335:
The ALIASES section within the firewall/cluster.fw file suffers from sorting instability. Each modification to the file results in a reshuffling of ALIASES entries.
Adding a `sort` in Firewall.pm fixes this.
