I have tried to found icon with open license. don't remember exactly where I found this one.
maybe https://www.flaticon.com/de/kostenloses-icon/cloud-computing_182151  (but I'm not sure it's 100% free as a free beer)

I really didn't known how to represent sdn as icon.. ;)

Feel free to change them!

If you save this patch mail and use `git am`? weird. 

Anyway, where did you get the icons from? The SDN one looks fancy. ^^
