Hi,

I see that you have added a controlbreak on ovs 2.12 for ifupdown2

I'm not sure that it's a good idea, as user couldn't rollback ovs if something is buggy.

I not mandatory for the new ifupdown2 ovs plugin. (I fully tested it with both 2.10 && 2.12)
