OK, then let's just keep it as proposed by your patch, separate panel
and be good. For convenience we could add a checkbox (or your full
component) to the VM Create wizards "System" tabs advanced section.
Maybe even only show it if spice is selected, then it would be easy
to create a new VM with using the cool SPICE features from the start.
