This patch series adds support for an audio device and the needed
changes to the GUI.

Changes from v1->v2:
 * omitting a format string and directly enum the device options
 * omitting a renderer in the GUI (not needed anymore)
 * omitting a new icon file -> using the available font-awesome
 * style improvements

Supported devices are:
* ich9-intel-hda: Intel HD Audio Controller, emulates ICH9
* intel-hda: Intel HD Audio Controller, emulates ICH6
* AC97: useful for older OSs like Win XP
