[pve-devel] Polish translation

Hi, all!

I find the Proxmox a great piece of software for clusters, so thanks a
lot for it! I currently test a pilot deployment in my work.

I'd like to make some updates to the Polish translation file. I was a
contributor to the various FOSS projects and I know basics of git. What
else is needed for me to know in the Proxmox to start contributing
translation?
