[pve-devel] Improve documentation for "Install Proxmox VE on Debian Stretch"

Dear PVE devs,

I'd like to suggest a change that is useful in case umask is 077.

On the wiki page:

https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Install_Proxmox_VE_on_Debian_Stretch

After:

wget http://download.proxmox.com/debian/proxmox-ve-release-5.x.gpg -O
/etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/proxmox-ve-release-5.x.gpg

Add:

chmod 644 /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/proxmox-ve-release-5.x.gpg

In order to avoid:

W: http://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/stretch/Release.gpg: The key(s) in
the keyring /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/proxmox-ve-release-5.x.gpg are
ignored as the file is not readable by user '_apt' executing apt-key.
