only an issue with the "in hyper-converged" chapter merged mode for the full
single-page doc, else it's a correct heading level.

Tim had plans to make the ceph server chapter a bit stand more out on it's
own for the all-in-single-page docs, which would solve this too.

If, why ever, we decide against that we can take this one in.
