applied, to respective repository.

I omit an immediate version bump of storage and update of versioned dependencies
in container and manager for now. This cannot break anything existing you just get
an error in the rare case that you use immediately over 100 mps now.
Also this set of packages will get bumped quite soon probably anyway.
