[pve-devel] [PATCH manager 0/2] Update default CIPHERS

The CIPHERS aren't really state-of-the-art.  This change was inspired by
https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/the-robot-attack-vulnerability-on-proxmox-5-2.47652/

The updated CIPHERS string was tested with https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/
