Upstream also has the address-on-vlan-aware-bridge patch in by now which
we had in the pve/ dir.
I just rebased to current master-next and changed the version to 1.2.0
as it was already tagged with this numbering scheme.

I also opened a PR[1] to fix the networking.service file after realizing
that's what caused my ipv6 cluster nodes to not listen on ipv6 anymore
until I restarted pveproxy at runtime.
