[pve-devel] [PATCH i18n 0/2] update language package generation

this series adds all languages to the makefile and
changes it so that we only have to worry about one po file per language
to not double translate some strings between pve and pmg

not that the actual po files are not included/deleted with this patch
because they would not be accepted on the mailing list

it would be best if this happens off list after these patches
(or later revisions) are applied
