[pve-devel] [PATCH docs] cluster: document multilple clusters in same network

nice addition, this does get asked from time to time and is a useful
info to have especially when testing with virtual clusters.

Each cluster must have a unique name, which is used to generate the
cluster's multicast group address. As long as no duplicate cluster names
