yes, indeed, I should put them through eno1/eth0 interface

I don't known if we need to change color, or represent the underlay network.

cumulus have some schema with underlay network

This might be nitpicking (and in bigger graphics even confusing), but 
shouldn't the colored lines out of the vxlan interfaces go "through" 
some other interface (the vxlan's lower transport layer)? (usually the 
physical one) Dotted, or with a slightly changed color, to show that 
they run on top of some other connection? 
Although that might be difficult in a graphviz/dot version of it...
