i would argue that this patch improves the distinction between the 
different "Help Buttons" a lot, meaning it is clearer which is a
contextual help button and which is a button to the general documentation

also the "Help" string is only translated to German,Italian and Japanese
meaning there is not much lost for the most languages

and if we go in the direction of only having language support
we can maintain ourself, this would not be a problem anymore
