[pve-devel] [PATCH] make vncterm screen as big as console tab

this series aims to make the vncterm screen for containers and the host shell
as big as the console tab, instead of having a fixed size and scaling
(resizing the window does not resize the vncterm screen, because
libvncserver does not implement setDesktopSize)

sadly this series spans 3 packages, but there was no other way

this series needs my previous noVNC patches and the vncterm patches as well

[PATCH manager] allow width and height parameter for vncshell
[PATCH container] allow width and height parameter for vncproxy
[PATCH novnc] request size with vncshell and container console
